    Took a chance on it and is now becoming the best money I’ve spent in a while! I originally purchased a New Acer SB220Q IPS 21.5″ Zero Frame Monitor. I purchased it based on the many reviews and was also ranked #1 in Best sellers in Amazon. The Acer Monitor picture quality at the time seemed great and the monitor itself was thin but I started having intermittent screen issues with it.     Great Monitor The monitor is just as promised and works terrific…thus far. Set up was very easy, just three screws to attach the stand; connected power and HDMI and it just worked without any additional drivers etc. (I have a Windows 10 pro laptop). Tip 1: with the two HDMI ports, the monitor did not appear to work at first, but the error message displayed explained that I needed to OK the HDMI port I connected to (easily done using the control button).     Not compatible with Nvidia Freesync support but still a good monitor This is a great little IPS monitor dispute it not showing up in the Nvidia control panel and in turn not allowing me to use the adaptive sync. Its still 75hz so thats a nice boost above 60. Its old news but if you weren’t aware, Nvidia drivers now supports Freesync too. Its suppose to work regardless even if its not on Nvidia’s official list but for some reason, the Gsync on/off option does not show up in the control panel for this monitor like it does for my other Freesync monitors.
